Because we have seen hundreds of Google Ads accounts and most of them have the same issues \u2014 they are using broad match keywords and getting clicks from generic search terms.<\/p>\n      <p>When I say that, we can take this as an example. Suppose that we have a real estate agent in London, Ontario, and they have the keyword like &#8220;home in London.&#8221; You can see the keyword is very generic. There is no intent behind the keyword. We need to target keywords like <span class=\"highlight\">&#8220;houses for sale in London&#8221;<\/span>. Now you can see that the keyword in itself is an intent-based keyword. The ad will only show to those visitors that are actually looking to purchase a specific house in their location.<\/p>\n      <p>So the primary issue with almost all the accounts that we see is: first, <span class=\"highlight\">the clicks are not relevant<\/span> \u2014 they are using broad match keywords. Second, they are paying a very high CPC that they should not be paying.<\/p>\n      <p>With the high CPC \u2014 what I mean is they have a budget of $50 a day, they are paying $5 for a click, and that means only <span class=\"highlight\">10 clicks per day<\/span>. Now 10 clicks per day means 0 to 1 lead per day. That will not be beneficial. We need to make sure we are paying the lowest possible CPC for this kind of industry. <span class=\"highlight\">The CPC should be between $0.50 to $1<\/span>.
